Hi, I'm Sharon
I'm a real estate marketplace and women's ministry leader currently serving faith-filled women seeking biblical guidance to do life and business His way.
I have written popular books such as Mastering Wholesaling, Exposing the Truth Behind the Lies of Real Estate Investing, New Wine, Women & Wealth, Women at War, Power of Proverbs, and more. I have traveled extensively speaking on stages across the US to share my story, strategies, mistakes and wins with audiences of every size.
I'm currently equipping kingdom-minded women to succeed as Proverbs 31 women, specifically within the business of real estate investing as it relates to creating generational wealth.
I believe success comes from sharing incredible value with my audience, focusing on their success first. The beautiful thing about my life is that I get to serve my sisters-in-Christ and experience their victories alongside of them!
"I never lived so much than when I was trying to die!"
During the time my life was wrecked, I struggled with suicidal thoughts. I became a careless thrill seeker, hoping death would be the result of every life endangering adventure I could find. I bungee jumped, white water rafted and took up motorcycling, just to name a few.
Despite tragedy in my mid-20s, struggling with the aftermath of trauma and the torment of suicide, by divine intervention, I beat all odds to overcome and excel as a young successful entrepreneur in a then-male dominated business world.
My Career
It's hard to believe that I started my real estate investing business and brokerage over 25 years ago today, at a time when the world of "virtual" didn't exist!
As far as I'm concerned, my real purpose in life didn't begin until after I suffered the tragedy of losing my first husband to a tragic accident. I had to make what I thought were one of the only two choices I had...either take my own life or pursue my husband's dream of real estate investing.
I know I made the right decision and quickly realized his dream was actually my passion. I jumped in head-first and spent every waking hour learning everything I could about real estate investing the hard and, might I add, expensive way.
A few years into fixing and flipping distressed homes, my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a 2-month death sentence. My family decided that since I "worked for myself," my father should move in with me during this time.
Working for myself without today's technology meant a complete change of strategy in order for me to survive. In an instant I went from a flipper to a wholesaler, learning to master a niche strategy new to me, but enabled me to be my dad's 24-hour caregiver.
Fast forward to today, God has turned ashes to beauty! In the process I have had the privilege of authoring educational real estate books & courses, faith-based books and bible study, traveling and sharing knowledge on stages across the US, operating a boutique real estate brokerage catering to real estate investors and launching a women's ministry that equips His daughters to succeed as Proverbs 31 women, we call Women at War.

Sharing God's Blessings
My family believes that we reap what we sow and have prayerfully chosen to support ministries that act as the hands and feet of Jesus.
In addition to personal involvement, we support African International Christian Mission, an orphanage and school in Liberia for children orphaned by civil war. We support Caring House Foundation, an organization devoted to building self-sustaining villages in Haiti, Plant Today, a ministry helping those in need in Guatemala, and MorningDay Community Solutions, a non-profit organization helping other non-profits acquire the products and materials they need to accomplish their mission.
Not only are these causes close to our heart, but my husband acts as board member to many. It's amazing to watch how God honors what is sown into His Kingdom. If you are seeking good ground in which to sow, we encourage you to prayerfully consider these.

I consider myself incredibly blessed to be married to and work alongside of the "Juan and only" as he affectionately nicknamed himself early in our dating days.
What a privilege to do life alongside our two "miracle" boys and teach them what we wished we knew at their age! I say miracle because after the trauma of the loss of my first husband, I was informed by doctors that I would not be able to have children - BUT GOD!
One of the many blessings we share as a family is the generational impact we are establishing as our legacy!
